PRIVACY POLICY

“We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.”

SECURITY POLICY

“Your payment and personal information is always safe. RIHA is fully compliant with the PCI Security Standards Council’s standards. RIHA uses Authorize.net to process all transactions.”

Cancellations/Refund POLICY

RIHA has a “no refund policy.” All sales are final.

Refund or Re-Scheduling Policy:

ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

  • one week prior to class with rescheduling: No Penalty
  • less than one week prior to class without rescheduling: No Refund
  • less than one week prior to class with rescheduling: $135 rescheduling fee
  • No shows: $135 rescheduling fee

Under Rhode Island State Law, participants must be present for the entirety of this class. If a participant is late, he/she will not be admitted into the class.

Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy

“Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
